  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package finds its way back to our headquarters.

  Pack with Care

  Place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, haunt-ready condition.

  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we verify the contents, your refund will be summoned back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
